I’m Riddhi, a UT Austin journalism student based in Austin, Texas. Currently, I’m an audience engagement fellow for The Texas Tribune, where I create explainers, guides and social media content that focuses on news accessibility.

I also cover all things Texas-related as a news intern for Texas Standard, a newsroom under the NPR affiliate station, KUT. Lastly, I work at Texas Global as an undergraduate editorial assistant, where I write feature stories related to international students, alumni and programs.

Previously, I was an editorial intern at Tribeza magazine, and worked at one of the nation’s most awarded college newspapers, The Daily Texan, as a reporter and editor. I’ve written personal essays for Spark and Hook’d Magazine and covered Texas politics for ShiftPress news.

I’m passionate about storytelling, politics, the arts, and accurate coverage and representation of marginalized communities in the media.
